A popular place to get a nice view of the water in West Vancouver caught fire over the weekend.
The West Vancouver Fire and Rescue Service tells 1130 NewsRadio crews were called to the bluff near Horseshoe Bay around 1:40 a.m. on Sunday.

When firefighters arrived, they discovered the wooden lookout platform fully engulfed in flames.
Crews knocked the fire down, but the platform was destroyed. The cause is still under investigation.
The fire department is urging caution with fire, reminding you the fire danger rating is currently high.
