Two pedestrians are in life-threatening condition after being struck by a vehicle in Scarborough on Tuesday night.
Toronto police were called to Midland and Tara avenues around 9:15 p.m. for reports of a collision.
The victims, a 15-year-old boy and a 19-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital by emergency run with serious, life-threatening injuries.
The driver involved, a 62-year-old man, remained on the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
Police previously said the pedestrians were both adults, but they later corrected the ages.
