Milton man faces impaired driving charges in multi-vehicle crash on Hwy. 403 in Mississauga

A 29-year-old man from Milton is facing several charges, including impaired driving, following an early morning multi-vehicle crash on Highway 403 in Mississauga.

Provincial police say as many as three cars were involved in the crash, which took place around 2 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of the highway near Eglinton Avenue.

Police say the male driver of a vehicle that flipped as a result of the crash is facing dangerous driving and impaired driving charges.

A female passenger in the car that flipped was taken to a trauma centre with injuries that were described as life-altering. One man was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. The occupants of the two other vehicles involved in the crash were not physically injured.
