Police find man with serious injuries after disturbance in Kitchener

A man was found with serious injuries when police were called out to the scene of a Sunday night disturbance in Kitchener.

Officers from Waterloo Regional Police Service found the 44-year-old in the Stirling Avenue South and Charles Street East area, around 10 on the night of Dec. 14.

He was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said an unknown male suspect fled the area before officers arrived.

That suspect was described as white, about 6’0″ tall, with curly shoulder-length brown hair, and at the time was wearing a dark jacket and track pants.
