A man is facing charges after Mounties seized cocaine and crack in New Russell earlier this week.
On Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at a home on New Russell Road in connection to a drug trafficking investigation.
Police said they found and seized over 4 kg of cocaine in both powdered and crack form, hydromorphone capsules, cash, and roughly 27,000 unstamped cigarettes, among other things.
Three people were arrested with two being released without charges.
Mounties said one man was later released on conditions pending a future court appearance to face charges related to possession for the purpose of trafficking and the excise act.
The investigation is ongoing.
