Residents woke up to lower gas prices in Nova Scotia Friday morning.
In its weekly adjustment, the province’s energy board dropped the price for self-serve regular to 126.0 cents per litre, down by 5.5 cents.
Diesel also saw a lower price, with a 6.7-cent decrease at midnight to now sit at 156.0 cents per litre.
One year ago, gas was selling at 155.0 cents per litre and diesel was at 177.0 cents per litre.
