Police are searching for a suspect after someone was shot by a pellet gun in southwest Calgary on Monday afternoon.
Police were called around 2:47 p.m. to 17 Avenue and 29 Street SW following reports that a person had been shot with what was later confirmed to be a pellet gun.
One male victim sustained a minor injury and went to hospital as a precaution.
Police are still looking for the person responsible.
Investigators believe the victim and the suspect are not known to each other.
