A former Calgary police officer who was fired after being charged in a string of hardware store thefts earlier this year has been accused of more crimes.
Bradley Tepper, 52, was a 20-year-member of the Calgary Police Service (CPS) before he was relieved of his duties without pay in August.
At that time, Tepper was suspected of robbing several local hardware stores over a 12-month period. The value of the thefts was approximately $10,000.
An investigation into Tepper has continued since charges were first laid in August. He is now suspected of committing more crimes in Calgary, as well as Okotoks and Red Deer.
He’s now facing an additional two counts of theft over $5,000, two counts of fraud over $5,000, two counts of theft under $5,000, and two counts of fraud under $5,000.
He is set to make another court appearance in December.
