Transport Canada says car headlights have become brighter than ever with new technology in vehicles that help drivers see better. However, they can also cause problems for everyone else.

It has launched an anonymous online survey to hear about people’s experiences travelling at night, contributing factors to headlight glare, driver behaviour, and possible feedback on solutions.
Pedestrians, cyclists, and transit users are asked to complete the survey.
The survey runs until April 20.
