An assault in Surrey has sent one person to the hospital.
According to police, Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOU) officers responded to the incident, which occurred at a residence near 96 Avenue and 151 Street.

The incident caused traffic delays on both roads.
No additional information has been provided.
BC Emergency Health Service says that it received a call at 8:25 p.m. and responded with two paramedics who transported one person to the hospital.
BC EHS did not share any details on the conditions of the injured person.
