Outage affecting inspection kiosks at airports resolved: Canada Border Services Agency

An outage is affecting primary inspections kiosks at airports across the country has been resolved, according to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

The agency said travellers may continue to experience delays in the short term as they resume normal operations.

Toronto Pearson said kiosks in Terminals 1 and 3 experienced a service interruption and that passengers could experience longer than normal wait times at customs.

“We thank travellers and commercial clients for their cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience experienced,” read a social media post on X.
