It’s been a while since we’ve had a three-day holiday, so the Easter long weekend is a much-needed break for many after the long and dreary winter.
There are plenty of things to do around Toronto this weekend. For those with outdoor plans, the rollercoaster spring weather continues, kicking off with above seasonal temperatures on Friday and then switching up again for Saturday and Sunday with cooler and rainy weather.
If you are taking the TTC to get you where you need to go, keep in mind subways won’t be running on Line 1 between St. George and St. Andrew stations from 11:59 p.m. on Friday until Sunday due to planned station work. Regular service will resume on Monday.
As you make your weekend plans, consult the list below of what’s open and closed in Toronto on Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
