A man has suffered critical injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Brampton.
Police in Peel Region say the crash occurred in the area of Castlemore Road and McVean Drive just after midnight.
Investigators say it appears one of the vehicles may have run a red light and crashed into the second vehicle.
A man in his 60s in the vehicle that was struck was taken to the hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries. A female passenger, believed to be in her 50s or 60s, was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No charges have been laid but police say the investigation is continuing.
