A 46-year-old man is dead after being struck by a tractor-trailer in North York.
Toronto police were called to Jethro Road and Wilson Avenue just before 2 p.m. for reports of a industrial accident.
Investigators say the tractor-trailer was reversing into a loading dock of a commercial building on private property when it struck the man, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
