Streetcars are running again along a stretch of King Street in downtown Toronto after a truck crashed into a bridge, damaging the overhead wires and knocking them out of service.

The incident occurred around 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday near King Street West and Atlantic Avenue in Liberty Village.

The 504A and 504B streetcars were diverting eastbound via Dufferin Street, Queen Street West and Shaw Street due to repairs.
