Five hospitalized in North York multi-vehicle crash

Five people, including two children, were taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision in North York on Sunday night.

Emergency crews responded to a t-bone crash at Allen Road South and Lawrence Avenue West around 9:30 p.m. Toronto paramedics confirmed that three adults and two children were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The ages of the children have not been released.

Toronto police say the adults involved include a man in his 60s, a woman in her 40s, and another woman in her 60s. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.

The intersection was temporarily closed as crews cleared the scene and assessed the damage. It has since reopened.

Authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to contact police.
