Regional Police investigating disturbances on LRT

Waterloo Regional Police are asking for information after a pair of incidents on the LRT in Kitchener last week.

It was last Thursday, March 26, police say a man boarded an ION train and started causing a disturbance before lunging at a victim with an unknown green object in his hand.

Police say the same man then spat on a female passenger.

The man left the train at the Fairway Station.

The investigation is ongoing.
