Waterloo regional police are searching for a suspect after a reported sexual assault in Cambridge.
Police say they were called Monday morning after a woman awoke to find a man inside her home.
The victim said the man sexually assaulted her and fled before police arrived.
It happened around 4:15 a.m. in the King Street East and Lowther Street area.
The suspect is described as a white man, between 30 and 35-years-old, with an average build and scruffy appearance.
He was wearing a black hoodie, black track pants, black running shoes, fingerless gloves, and a black baseball hat.
