One search warrant executed in Cambridge resulted in $30,000 worth of stolen items recovered.

Waterloo regional police said officers have been investigating a break-in at a business around Franklin Boulevard and Savage Drive since July 23.

They say everything from power tools to copper tubing was stolen.

On Tuesday, officers with a warrant searched an undisclosed location, also in Cambridge, and recovered thousands of dollars worth of property.

All of it has been returned to its owner.

But police made no mention of an arrest, and the case is still open.

Investigators would like to hear from anyone who knows anything about what happened, and urge witnesses to call them at 519-570-9777, or reach out anonymously to Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-8477, or by clicking here.
