Kitchener disturbance sends two people to hospital

A disturbance that started on Mooregate Crescent in Kitchener sent two people to hospital.

The investigation began on Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. when police received reports of a man with significant injuries in the Westmount Road and Victoria Street South area.

Responding officers ultimately located two men who were taken to hospital. Following an assessment, it was determined that their injuries were minor.

The investigation led police to an address on Mooregate Crescent, which was determined to be the initial location of the disturbance.

Police believe it was a targeted incident and that all involved parties have been located, although no charges have been announced.
