Farwell4Hire 50/50 launches in support of CF Canada

The Farwell4Hire 50/50 is back for another year, presented by 570 NewsRadio and TLC Pet Food.

Starting June 1, you can purchase tickets at cf5050.ca for a chance to win the guaranteed $10,000 take-home prize.

Four early bird prizes are also up for grabs. The first is $2,500 cash, courtesy of TLC Pet Food, and the draw will take place June 5 after 12 p.m.

The other early bird prizes are $1,500 cash from the Better Business Bureau, a Kitchener Rangers VIP experience, and another $2,500 cash from TLC Pet Food.

Farwell4Hire was started by 570’s Mike Farwell in 2014 and has raised more than $ 1.6 million in support of Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Canada. Last year was record-breaking with a grand total of $233,334 contributed.

The 2026 campaign runs through June 30, and the take-home prize will continue to grow the more people give.

Farwell will do his part to help increase the pot by promising to withhold from his most beloved treat, butter tarts, until the take-home prize reaches $35,000.
