Cambridge driver among three killed in Norwich Township crash

A driver from Cambridge is among three people killed following a crash in Norwich Township.

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the collision at the Highway 59 and Quaker Street intersection around 3 p.m. on March 31.

An SUV and a transport truck collided.

The driver of the SUV, a 39-year-old from Cambridge, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers, a 13-year-old and a 17-year-old from Tillsonburg, were also pronounced deceased.

Two other passengers were taken to hospital and remain in life-threatening condition.

OPP said the driver of the transport truck was not hurt.

Oxford OPP and the West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team continue to investigate.
