RCMP confirm a vulnerable person travelled to Lower Harmony on March 19, one day before he was reported missing.
Jason Lorette was reported missing on March 20 and was previously believed to have been seen in Salmon River on March 19.
Officers say they have since obtained community video footage that confirm he travelled to Lower Harmony that same day.
RCMP say they will be patrolling the areas of Harmony, Greenfield, Camden, Lilyvale Rd. and Murray Siding. Residents in these areas are asked to check their cameras, camps and outbuildings for any sign of Lorette.
An emergency alert was issued on March 22 saying that a multi agency search was underway for Lorette who is described as a vulnerable person. Lorette is 47.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Colchester County RCMP at 902-893-6820, or local police. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers.
