Halifax Regional Police are investigating after a three-year-old child was struck by a vehicle in Bedford.
It happened shortly before 8 p.m. Friday. Officers responded to a report of a vehicle-pedestrian collision on Brownstone Way.
Police say a three-year-old boy was crossing the street when he was struck by a vehicle. The child was transported to hospital by EHS where he died of his injuries.
An investigation is ongoing, led by the Collision Reconstruction Unit. Police say no charges have been laid at this time.
