Police investigate serious pedestrian collision in Dartmouth

Halifax Regional Police continue to investigate a weekend collision in Dartmouth that left a man with life-threatening injuries.

Officers were called to the intersection of Victoria Road and Frances Street around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, following a report that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.

A 49-year-old man was taken to hospital with injuries described as life-threatening. His current condition is unknown.

No charges have been laid.
