Edmonton always shows up for its neighbours, and we're doing it again with SONiC 102.9's Foo Bank!
Join SONiC 102.9’s Lauren Hunter at Kingsway Mall on September 12 from noon - 4pm and help us fill the Foo Bank in support of the Edmonton Food Bank! Make a food or cash donation and could win tickets to see Foo Fighters at Commonwealth Stadium later this month.
Whether it's a non-perishable food item, a monetary donation, or simply helping spread the word, every contribution helps ensure that local families have access to the food they need.
What to Donate
The Edmonton Food Bank is always in need of:
Peanut butter
Canned meat and fish
Canned vegetables and fruit
Pasta and rice
Cereal and oatmeal
Baby food and formula
Healthy snack items
The need has never been greater. The Edmonton Food Bank currently provides food hampers to more than 43,000 people every month, helping families, seniors, students, and individuals facing food insecurity right here in Edmonton.
