Who have not won an on-air prize in the last 30 days or a prize valued at more than $1,000 in the last 6 months. There is one (1) grand prize available to be won in this contest, consisting of an ice cream party for 25 with single serve containers to be provided (date and time of party to be mutually agreed upon).
